Fontiton is yet to taste anything but success over her short but impressive racing career so far, and is offered an exceptional chance of success in the 2015 Blue Diamond Stakes after drawing the ideal barrier 1.

Debuting with an impressive victory in the $240,000 Inglis Banner (1000m) at Moonee Valley on October 25th, Fontiton stamped her claims as a leading chance for success in the 2015 Blue Diamond Stakes when taking out the Group 3 Blue Diamond Preview (1000m) at a jog upon resuming on January 26th.

Having continued her perfect run through the Group 2 Blue Diamond Prelude F (1100m) on February 14th, jockey Mark Zahra has been confirmed to retain the ride on the daughter of Turffontein this weekend, who will be particularly difficult to beat at 54.5kgs.

Of The Brave’s trainer Mark Riley was banned from horseracing for three years over the weekend after being found guilty of using illicit substances on several of his horses, but will likely be allowed to saddle the talented two-year-old in the 2015 Blue Diamond Stakes.

Also yet to be defeated competitively, Of The Brave charged home to win the Listed Debutant Stakes (1000m) on October 11th; returning for victory in the Group 3 Blue Diamond Prelude C&G (1100m) a fortnight ago.

Confirmed to be partnered by in-form hoop Stephen Baster, Of The Brave will leave from the slightly wide of centre barrier 9.

Godolphin Australia saddled classy filly Earthquake to success in the 2014 edition of the Blue Diamond Stakes, and will be offered to good chances of defending their title this weekend in Sampeah and Bantam.

Beating a talented field to the line in a Rosehill Gardens minor over 1100m in late November, Sampeah (barrier 12) returned for third in the Blue Diamond Prelude on February 14th and is sure to take valuable condition from the first-up performance.

Placing fifth in the Group 3 Maribyrnong Plate (1000m) on debut on Stakes Day, Bantam (barrier 3) charged home to win the Adapt Australia Handicap (1000m) on November 29th before a luckless run for seventh in the Blue Diamond Prelude most recently.

Pride Of Dubai is one of two late entries confirmed in the 2015 Blue Diamond Stakes field alongside Manhattan Blues (barrier 14), and is likely to receive the run of the race on Saturday from the ideal barrier 5.

Placing third behind Ottoman and Miss Idyllic in a minor over 1100m on debut on December 20th, Pride Of Dubai returned to racing for an agonizingly-close second to Of The Brave in the Blue Diamond Prelude last time out.

David Hayes and Tom Dabernig are currently in a purple patch of form, and have included three runners; Claudia Jean (barrier 2), Air Apparent (barrier 4) and Reemah (barrier 13) in the 2015 Blue Diamond Stakes final field.

Team Hawkes saddled standout two-year-old Mossfun to success in the major Group 1 Golden Slipper in 2014, and are offered a great chance of claiming the year’s first race at the highest level for two-year-olds via Lake Geneva, who will leave from barrier 11 in the 2015 Blue Diamond Stakes.

Jumping from the gates well in the Group 3 Widden Stakes (1100m) on debut, Lake Geneva was unlucky to be checked rounding onto the final straight at Rosehill, but recovered well to finish a close second.
